Trees produce oxygen, filter out pollutants in the air, reduce erosion and pollution to waterways and are beautiful. Find out more about the Eastern Hemlock, a slow-growing conifer tree that has filled Pennsylvania forests for hundreds of years and was chosen as a state symbol.
