On Monday, April 8, 2024, portions of North America will experience a total solar eclipse and Pennsylvania is lucky enough to be in the path of totality. Join Chris Kemmerer, Education and Interpretation Chief for the Bureau of State Parks/Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, for a virtual Learn at Lunchtime program to learn what an eclipse is, about the history of eclipses, how to safely view an eclipse, and what to expect on the day of the eclipse. Get excited for this upcoming astronomical wonder!
Presentations begin at 12:15 PM and will last approximately 20 minutes followed by a question-and-answer session.
