PA Modern Juried Photo Exhibit: A structured list

May 15, 2015

Looking for that perfect Modern-style structure in Pennsylvania to photograph for the Juried Photo Exhibition?

Moving west to east, below is a list of just a few from mostly the Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia areas that we know of, but is in no way comprehensive, complete or in any particular order. Of course use good judgment when photographing structures and get any permissions necessary.
This style can be found in most Pennsylvania locales, although as we like to say, “sometimes hidden in plain sight.” Have a favorite we can add to our list? Please send to bhager@pa.gov or post to The State Museum’s Facebook page.
