Friends of the State Museum

Mission

To engage in educational activities, services, and programs for the support, development and promotion of The State Museum of Pennsylvania.

We fulfill this Mission by partnering with the Museum to enhance programming and events, acting as sponsors to strengthen the Museum’s operations through human and financial resources, and serving as ambassadors for the Museum in our communities and across Pennsylvania to promote it as a treasured resource and destination in the Commonwealth. It is our hope that you will visit the Museum’s website and this page often and that it will inspire you to enjoy the many events, exhibits and other activities of the State Museum of Pennsylvania.
