The Pennsylvania State Archives in celebrating the Commonwealth’s birthday is exhibiting William Penn’s original copy of the 1681 Charter, the document that granted the land of Pennsylvania to William Penn, on exhibit from March 9 through 16. The Charter Exhibit will close at 12 Noon on Friday March 16th.
