Virtual Program: Backyard Gardening for Food

May 13 @ 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm

Many people enjoy a lush, green lawn on their property, but don’t enjoy the watering, weeding and mowing to maintain it. Instead of grass, grow food in your yard!

Join us as we talk to Andrew Rohrbaugh, an ecologist for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Bureau of Forestry about native plants, ecosystems, and the importance of using our land for food.

This program will be presented via Zoom. If you plan to attend via Zoom, registration is free, but required. To register to virtually attend the program click here.
