Explore! Groundhogs

Every year on February 2nd people in Pennsylvania await the emergence of a certain groundhog to predict whether the weather will be changing soon!  Explore more about this weather predicting rodent and the science of weather forecasting.

 

Pennsylvania is all around us, and we want to help you to explore our state!  Explore! is a program designed for kids in grades 3-5 to explore further and dig deeper into nature, art, science, and history topics.  Join us to explore Pennsylvania! Programs start promptly at 11:30 AM and are included with general admission, however, space is limited. Sign up at the Ground Floor Information Desk when you enter the Museum.
