Virtual Adventures in Nature Lab: Native PA Flowers for Your Garden

Are you planning to plant a flower garden this spring? Join Botanist, Andrew Rohrbaugh from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation & Natural Resources’ Bureau of Forestry for a talk about the value of planting native Pennsylvania plants and flowers to beautify and improve your landscaping.

Sessions will be presented over Zoom and are free, but registration is required. Click here to register for this program. Once registration is complete, attendees will receive an attendance link and password for all of the sessions listed.

Andrew Rohrbaugh grew up in southcentral Pennsylvania, and received his B.S. in Environmental Studies at Gettysburg College and M.S. in Biology at Shippensburg University. He now works as an ecologist for the PA Bureau of Forestry, where he helps protect native wild plants and manages the invasive plants that threaten them. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, hiking, hunting, and raising his two sons to enjoy the great outdoors!






About Virtual Learn at Lunchtime:
Learn at Lunchtime is a program featuring a variety of exciting lectures and presentations.

Presentations will start at 12:15 PM and will last approximately 20 minutes followed by a question and answer period.
